Andy Rebhun is a proven marketing and customer experience executive with deep expertise in leading transformational growth across iconic consumer brands. As Chief Marketing and Experience Officer at CAVA, Andy oversees brand strategy, marketing, digital experience, communications, and loyalty, shaping how the category-defining Mediterranean fast-casual brand connects with millions of guests nationwide. His leadership has been instrumental in elevating CAVA’s brand resonance, digital ecosystem, and guest experience as the company continues its national expansion.
Before joining CAVA, Andy served as Chief Marketing Officer at El Pollo Loco, where he led the brand’s digital and marketing evolution, including loyalty innovation, delivery integration, and creative storytelling that re-energized brand relevance. Earlier in his career, he held key marketing and digital roles at McDonald’s Corporation, helping scale digital engagement and localized marketing programs across U.S. and global markets. He began his career at Ford Motor Company through its accelerated marketing leadership program, building foundational expertise in brand management and customer insights.
Andy holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Wisconsin–Madison and a Master of Business Administration from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management.
