Arm & Hammer puts some muscle into new campaign

  • Arm & Hammer wants to give consumers more than a helping hand with its latest campaign; it’s offering “The Whole Darn Arm.”
  • The new campaign aims to unite all of the brand’s products, from laundry detergent to toothpaste to odor-absorbing baking soda, as essential tools for keeping a house running. 
  • The campaign includes video commercials as well as a national contest offering two winners $5,000 each to renovate their laundry rooms. 

The video commercial, in :30 and :15-second versions, shows a family using Arm & Hammer products, such as laundry detergent, toothpaste, cat litter and even to absorb smells in athletic shoes, throughout the home. A voiceover explains that the product shows up with, “The whole darn arm,” including elbow grease, muscle and rolled-up sleeves, at an affordable price point. 

In addition to the commercial, Arm & Hammer is promoting its products by running a national contest to give away two $5,000 e-gift cards to consumers looking to renovate their laundry rooms with new appliances, counters, shelving, paint and more. The company will give 100 additional winners $75 worth of Arm & Hammer products.
