Andy Rebhun has left Cava to join Panera Bread as chief marketing officer (CMO) effective August 17th.
In his new role, he will lead all aspects of marketing at Panera, including Brand & Creative, Digital & Loyalty, Menu Innovation and Media. He will be based out of Newtown, MA and he will report to the QSR brand’s CEO Paul Carbone.

A veteran marketing executive in the restaurant category Rebhun was most recently chief marketing & experience officer at Cava, and prior to that was chief marketing officer of El Pollo Loco. He has also held several marketing leadership roles at McDonald’s.
Rebhun succeeds current Mark Shambura who is leaving Panera this month.
