- American Eagle has teamed up with football legend and Taylor Swift fiance Travis Kelce on a new limited edition collection.
- The AE x Tru Kolors by Travis Kelce line includes: sportswear and lifestyle includes heavyweight, vintage-inspired tees, reimagined varsity jackets, cricket sweaters, rugby polos, utility cargos and cashmere sets. Kelce worked closely as a creative director on this line designing pieces through the lens: “live to play.”
- The first drop is available on August 27. The second on September 24. The collection features more than 90 pieces priced between $14.95-179.95.
After making headlines with its Sydney Sweeney ads earlier this summer, American Eagle is back in the spotlight with this partnership with the Chiefs star. The announcement comes just a day after the athlete announced his engagement to pop icon Taylor Swift.
“I’ve had to keep my excitement about this collab under wraps for nearly a year. It was an awesome opportunity to team up with an established brand where both sides were excited to truly collaborate on every decision in the design and creative process that brought the ‘AE x TK’ collection to life,” said Travis Kelce, in a statement.
The new collab will be pushed through a campaign which will run across social, OOH, a partnership with the NFL news podcast, The Ringer, CTV ads, as well as takeovers within fantasy sports content.
