Katia Beauchamp began her career as an entrepreneur after graduating from Harvard Business School in 2010, where she met Hayley Barna, her Birchbox co-founder. Lisa Marie Pillette is a marketing veteran with over 15 years of experience as an evangelist for world-class brands. She started her career at BBDO Worldwide in New York and Foot Cone and Belding in San Francisco where she worked on the Pizza Hut and Levi’s brands, respectively. From there, she shifted client side to Levi Strauss where she led multiple functions of consumer and retail marketing as well as creative services. Her leadership there contributed to the rebranding of the 501 brand that ignited re-appraisal for the Levi’s brand overall. After working at American Eagle and as an independent creative consultant, she was then brought to Ralph Lauren to lead the marketing launch for the Denim and Supply brand.

Grace Ray has 15 years of experience building successful brands. Prior to joining Living Proof as CMO, Grace was the VP of Global Marketing at Smashbox Cosmetics, which was recently acquired by Estee Lauder. At Smashbox, she played an instrumental role in building the brand to become one of the fastest growing prestige cosmetic brands in the world.
