As part of Mondelēz International’s Global Analytics team, Frank Cotignola focuses on improving media measurement and analytics. He also helps teams to develop insights using social media listening and search tools. His efforts to develop both free and paid listening platforms and insights have led to the integration and usage of such research into traditional “asking” research and media measurement tools. Frank has significant analytic research experience across a number of well-known suppliers and manufacturers, and has spoken at a number of conferences on the research benefits of social media listening. @fco24
Javier Farfan is a marketing executive with a diverse background in using music, entertainment and culture marketing to build consumer brands. Prior to joining Verizon in March, he spent five years as Head of Music, Entertainment, and Culture Marketing at PepsiCo, Inc. Prior to that he was Director of Product Marketing, Entertainment and Devices, at Microsoft. As Citi’s Director of Creative and Media for the NA Cards, Elyssa Gray is responsible for strengthening the Citi brand and building customers’ trust and loyalty. In this role, Elyssa manages Citi’s advertising campaigns and media investment strategy for all of the US Cards business, with a focus on driving brand metrics and organic growth. She has also been responsible for championing the brand’s digital transformation and leadership, creating industry best in class digital programs. Prior to joining Citi, Elyssa was the Head of Global Media and Creative for Visa Inc. where she was responsible for leading global media strategy and management of Visa’s media investment, as well as overseeing all of Visa’s creative production for the U.S. market. During her 13 years at Visa, she led the advertising efforts behind numerous products, Hispanic segment marketing, and all of Visa’s sports and entertainment sponsorships, including the Olympic Games and NFL. Elyssa’s advertising foundation was built while working at BBDO NY in both Media and Account Services departments on consumer brands including Dupont, Gillette, Texaco, Visa USA, Armstrong and Thomasville. She graduated from the University of Vermont and currently resides in Rye, NY with her husband David and sons Ethan and Justin, who keep her very busy when she is not in the office, either on the soccer field or on the side of a mountain.

Ben Jankowski is Group Head of Global Media for Mastercard. In this role, he is responsible for managing the MasterCard investment in marketing communications. This includes working with global, regional and local marketing teams as well as agency partners to drive engagement and preference among MasterCard’s core constituents. Having worked for many agency networks such as Omnicom, WPP, and Havas, Ben has a vast experience with helping drive business success of some of the world’s leading marketers such as Chase, Citibank, Dell, GE, Johnson & Johnson, Nestlé, Pepsico, Procter & Gamble, and Xerox. As the Senior Manager of Digital Brand Communications at Energizer, Joe Klicsu is responsible for working with all brands (Schick, Playtex, Banana Boat, etc.) within the Energizer Personal Care (EPC) portfolio to implement best practices and drive greater innovation across all aspects of the digital media ecosystem. Prior to joining EPC, Joe spent 6 years at digital marketing agency, Modem Media, as well as other client side roles at GE and Microsoft. Marissa Kraxberger is the Creative Director for Ivanka’s growing lifestyle brand. She is charged with the creative direction for the entire Ivanka Trump brand, which includes defining the voice of the brand, the overall creative and editorial direction of IvankaTrump.com, strategy and execution of the company’s social media presence and managing an in house creative and editorial team. She has had a diverse career in design, art direction and brand development for high-profile fashion and lifestyle brands including Diane von Furstenberg, Kate Spade New York and Oscar de la Renta. Eric Mason leads US content and user-driven pr/communications and marketing strategies for WIX.com. Prior to WIX, Eric founded and led WigDawg Communications helping hundreds of SMB’s and entrepreneurs get their brands “Off The Leash”. Colin Schoenberger is Associate Director of Social Media and Analytics at WNET, New York’s flagship public media provider and producer of national PBS series such as Nature, American Masters, Great Performances and Finding Your Roots. In that capacity, Colin has promoted viewership across platforms and developed loyalty via social media for WNET-produced series, both at the national and local level.
