Jasmin is an award-winning marketing leader with a unique blend of brand management, entertainment marketing and strategy agency experience. A marketer who received her training at The Coca-Cola Company, she believes that her brand management roles on the Coca-Cola, Coca-Cola Zero, and DASANI brands – coupled with her stint at a boutique strategy agency – helped to shape her strategic, business management and creative skillsets. She then leveraged her experience to transition to Entertainment Marketing at the The Coca-Cola Company. During that time, she managed some of the Company’s largest Entertainment partnerships – including American Idol, American Music Awards, The Oscars, and Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week. After a 7-year tenure, she moved to Seattle to lead the Entertainment Marketing Team at T-Mobile. While there she led the naming rights sponsorship and creative development process for the recently-opened T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas, NV; developed T-Mobile’s first-ever Gaming platform; and identified, negotiated and managed T-Mobile’s talent and partnership portfolio, inclusive of short/long-term talent partners Justin Bieber, Drake, Nicki Minaj, Ariana Grande, Zedd, Tiesto, and DJ Khaled; strategic partners Dick Clark Productions, Live Nation, SFX and AEG; and 35 music and celebrity influencers.
Ryan Babenzien is CEO and Founder of the Brooklyn born, sneaker company Greats. Prior to redefining the $125 billion men’s footwear industry, Babenzien led marketing teams at K-Swiss and Puma and held multiple executive rolls in the entertainment industry prior to his transition to marketing executive. His point of view on brand relevance and general management experience has made him a leader in the industry to help brands stay relevant in the ever changing digital world. Babenzien has been featured in Forbes, Esquire, TechCrunch and Monocle to name a few.
Alyssa Bronander is a Senior Content Strategist currently leading social and influencer marketing initatives at Rent the Runway. In the last 8 years Bronander has worked on social content strategy for numerous brands in the fashion, beauty, lifestyle and consumer goods space. She recently won Best Use Of Snapchat by a Brand at the 2017 Glossy Awards for Rent the Runway’s innovative Virtual Try-On initiative.
As head of Creative, Fran guides the Birchbox brand value proposition through every customer touchpoint. She oversees all visual design elements as well as tone and voice – from pattern creation, monthly box designs and in-store signage, to email communication, site design, video content and photography – to create a cohesive and evolved look, feel and voice for the Birchbox brand. She is passionate about deepening the emotional relationship with customers, using strategic storytelling across all creative channels to make beauty relatable to the average (non-beauty-obsessed!) woman who wants an easy, non-intimidating way to discover great and relevant products. Prior to joining Birchbox in January 2016, Fran served as Design Director at One Kings Lane. Earlier in her career she co-founded The Next Big Small Brand and The Rooster Design Group, where she served as creative director for a combined 17 years with a focus on the arts, culture and real estate. Fran lives in Brooklyn with her husband and son, and spends her down time surfing in Montauk.
Suzanne Hader joined HALSTON in 2014 and serves as Chief Marketing Officer, overseeing E-commerce, Brand Creative, Marketing, PR and Social Media. As both a creative and strategic brand builder, Suzanne has overseen HALSTON’s evolution – connecting with a new digital-centric consumer while still drawing clear inspiration from the brand’s core heritage. Prior to joining HALSTON, Suzanne held leadership roles at forward-thinking global creative agencies, SelectWorld and Code and Theory. During her tenure with SelectWorld as Chief Digital Officer, Suzanne led the re-launch of legendary beauty brand, Frederic Fekkai, overhauling all digital touchpoints that earned the brand a top spot on luxury digital thinktank L2’s 2014 report. As VP of Market Development with Code and Theory, Suzanne established the agency’s fashion practice – enlisting premiere clients such as Vogue, Calvin Klein, Gant, Gilt and Bottega Veneta among others. Prior to these positions Suzanne worked across multiple brands within the Estee Lauder Companies as both a Design Director and Strategic Consultant for 7 years.
Anurag Kadyan is Vice President of Digital & CRM at Tourneau, the largest luxury watch retailer in the US. In this role, Anurag is responsible for driving continued growth of Tourneau’s eCommerce business, customer acquisition from all digital channels, and customer lifecycle management. He also directed the successful launch of new Tourneau.com with omni-channel capabilities to drive conversion across online and in-store. Prior to joining Tourneau, Anurag was a Marketing Director at Dell growing DellOutlet.com business on a global scale. During his Dell career, Anurag held roles with progressive responsibility across a wide variety of marketing functions including eCommerce, Merchandising, Pricing, Marketing Operations and Marketing Analytics. Anurag graduated with an MBA from The University of Texas at Austin and a B.Tech. from the National Institute of Technology, India.
Cheryl Kaplan is a retail veteran, with over 20 years of experience in the fashion industry. She began her career in the buying department at Filene’s and Levi’s. There, she honed her skills in merchandising, assortment planning, analysis. In 2007, Cheryl took on the role of EVP and Chief Member Advocate of Rue La La. Cheryl worked closely with Ben Fischman (CEO of M.Gemi) to develop the overall brand strategy and creative experience. For over six years, she was charged with implementing a seamless customer experience, including merchandising, programming, product, mobile, customer service, brand and creative. Following the sale of Rue La La, Cheryl once again joined Ben Fischman to launch M.Gemi. As President, Cheryl oversees creative and brand management, technology, client experience, merchandising, planning and programming. Under her stewardship, M.Gemi has seen rapid growth in the nearly two years since launch- swiftly moving to the forefront of the new luxury market and setting a new standard for the direct to consumer movement.
Sarah Kirchner is the Sr. Director of Social Media for Kenneth Cole Productions, where she oversees all social media activity, digital partnerships, & brand innovation opportunities. Her passion lies in defining forward-thinking digital & social creative solutions that harness innovation, technology and digital platforms to drive business results. Previously, she was the Global Director of Digital & Social Media for Gap brand, overseeing all digital brand initiatives with the goal of strengthening the brand and delivering inspiring, engaging and rewarding consumer experiences.
Cynthia joined Bonobos in 2016 and serves as VP of Brand and Retail Marketing, overseeing brand and product marketing campaigns, partnerships, content marketing and initiatives geared towards driving foot traffic to Bonobos Guideshop locations. Prior to this position, she oversaw performance performance marketing at Bonobos and held retention and brand marketing roles at internet startups Gwynnie Bee, Gilt and ZocDoc. Before launching her career in the startup world, she was a strategy consultant for the Boston Consulting Group and Senior Brand Manager within the Beverages Portfolio of Nestle Mexico. Cynthia holds an MBA degree from Harvard Business School.
As the founder and Executive Managing Director of Furthermore, Equinox’s digital magazine, Liz oversees all business development and partnership opportunities for the brand. She also helps drive content creation for the site, spearheading the production of the viral video, “The Contortionist,” nearing 11 million views on YouTube. Prior to Equinox, Liz was an editor at Self Magazine where she wrote and edited fitness content and acted as an on-air television personality for the brand. She is an ACE-certified personal trainer and serves on the board of trustees for The Women’s Sports Foundation. Liz graduated with a degree in English and journalism from Loyola University in Maryland and currently lives with her husband and daughter in New York City.
Lee Nadler is Marketing Communications & Launch Manager at MINI USA. He is responsible for managing multichannel, marketing programs. He oversees MINI’s marketing agencies and has overall responsibility for: advertising creative and media; MINIUSA.com on all platforms, digital/video marketing, social channels, partnerships, gorilla/stunts and research. Lee was recently appointed Launch Manager for new products introduced in the US. He is orchestrating MINI’s #DefyLabels campaign, featured in the “Big Game.” During Nadler’s 25-plus year career, prior to joining MINI, he founded a consulting practice, Sherpa Marketing, Inc., which invented ideas and created communications for clients such as: BMW, CNN, Gilt Groupe, eMusic, RIDEMAKERZ and Yahoo! Previously, Lee was on the original executive team as the first head of Marketing for DoubleClick. He also had key roles on the agency side, including launching Prodigy in 1989 at a WPP agency, launching Snapple at Kirshenbaum & Bond and later as President/CEO of Digital Pulp, which specialized in building brands and digital platforms for innovative businesses. Lee is on the Board of Directors of the Advertising Club, has been inducted into the American Advertising Hall of Achievement, was recognized by Ad Age as one the 21 people to watch in the 21st century and has recently been named one of the 100 Marketing Leaders by Internationalist. Justin Sellman is the Vice President of E-Commerce and Digital for Ghurka, where he oversees omni-channel marketing, systems integrations, and all growth initiatives for Ghurka.com. Prior to joining Ghurka, Justin was involved in many facets of the fashion industry from owning a direct to consumer menswear company to wholesale and SaaS sales management. Justin holds a bachelors degree from Columbia University.

Since joining John Hardy in 2015, Audrey Yu has focused on building digital capabilities and cultivating a client-centric team that can both think creatively as the consumer, as well as adapt to the latest technology solutions to scale the core business.
