Emily Brimmer recently joined the C. Wonder team after her work with high profile companies including Michael Kors, and Saks Fifth Avenue. Currently C. Wonder’s Retail Marketing Manager, she oversees all marketing activities for their brick-and-mortar stores. This includes developing advertising plans, in-store events, nurturing developer relationships, and working with her ecommerce counterparts to successfully craft a truly onmi-channel experience for the C. Wonder customer. Emily is a graduate of NYU and received an MFA from l’Ecole Supérieure des Arts et techniques de la Mode in Paris.
Brian Catalano oversees eCommerce for one of the world’s leading food companies, Pepperidge Farm. Top U.S. and international brands include Goldfish, Milano Cookies and Pepperidge Farm signature breads. Brian joined Pepperidge Farm from Nestlé where he led Emerging Business for their largest Direct to Consumer business and established Nestlé’s first Global eCommerce Acceleration Team. Prior to Nestle, he held brand management leadership roles with Kraft Foods, including responsibility for their fastest growing digital business and the online introduction of the Tassimo one cup coffee system. Before joining Kraft, Brian was Vice President at Chase, where he played an integral role in launching their first eBusiness credit card products and the rollout to the retail banking units. Brian holds a Master’s degree from New York University.
Charlie Cole has run the gauntlet in the digital space. He helped IPO a digital real estate company in 2004, went on to grow an online advertising agency to over $200 million in online revenue and took an established fashion brand’s e-commerce initiative to unprecedented levels of success. He was later recruited by a TPG Capital-owned company to create a direct-to-consumer channel, something they had never done in 75 years of business. This leadership team ultimately drove the company to the highest multiple ever paid for a company in the vitamin, mineral and supplement space. Launched in late 2013 in partnership with creative directors Vanessa Trania and Morgan Wendelborn, The Line seeks to provide consumers with the quintessential items of everyday life, encompassing the home, fashion and beauty space. As Chief Operating Officer Rakuten LinkShare from April 2012, Liane Dietrich is responsible for the planning and execution of the Rakuten LinkShare vision to deliver world class online marketing solutions. Since joining Rakuten LinkShare in 2003, Liane has contributed to Rakuten LinkShare’s successes in service delivery, strategic direction, and international expansion as Director, Vice President, and Managing Director in Chicago, New York, and London respectively. From 2008 to 2012 Liane has been Managing Director of Rakuten LinkShare UK, leading it to be ranked as a top Affiliate Marketing Network in the UK. Prior to joining Rakuten LinkShare, Liane held a variety of management positions General Electric Company with increasing responsibilities in operations, finance, and marketing, including the GE-wide internal business consulting team and ultimately as a GE Financial Marketing Product Manager. Liane is a Six Sigma Master Black Belt (a statistical process improvement designation), is a speaker at numerous industry events, has a business process US patent, and received a B.S. in Mathematics at the University of Notre Dame. Sam Gagliardi created and leads RB’s digital push into understanding and serving the digital needs of the shopper. Sam specifically leads E-Tailing Marketing, E-Commerce and Omni-Channel strategy development for the US. After several years of working across marketing, sales and shopper marketing functions within large CPG firms like Colgate-Palmolive and Johnson & Johnson, Sam joined RB to help change the way they do business. With 14 years in the digital space, Dax Hamman has experience in campaign strategy, media planning, usability, affiliate marketing and email marketing. Prior to joining Chango, Dax founded the global display media group at iCrossing, running it for four years. Before iCrossing, Dax headed up the European division of Bluestreak (ad server and ESP) where he was responsible for overseeing all local operations, including managing business development and client services. Scott Hendrickson leads PayPal Media Network’s national sales team and is the chief brand evangelist with national brands/merchants and their agency partners. He is responsible for defining and executing the business unit’s go-to-market strategy for its multi-channel advertising solutions and demand-generation products. Prior to joining PayPal, Scott worked briefly as a consultant to select start-ups and spent over nine years with Time Warner Inc. serving in various sales and sales management roles within Time Inc. and Warner Bros., rolling out a multitude of successful multi-channel advertising and licensed products. Jason joined Gilt Groupe in 2010 and has been leading their online, social, and mobile marketing efforts. Prior to Gilt, he was the VP of eCommerce of Redcats USA, a billion dollar retailer based in France, leading all US eCommerce efforts across its various titles. Jason also has an extensive background in CRM, as he lead Database Marketing for J.Crew, and implemented new CRM systems & programs for Martha Stewart Living post their IPO.
Anurag Kadyan is the Director of eCommerce Marketing for Tourneau, the largest, US-based luxury watch retailer. In this role, he is responsible for user experience and customer journeys for web and mobile channels, customer acquisition via email campaigns and SEO, and other ecommerce marketing activities to drive customer conversion in digital channels. Prior to Tourneau, Anurag was a Marketing Director at Dell where most recently he was leading the launch of Dell Outlet business in Brazil, and also managed Dell Outlet’s Global Pricing and Marketing Analytics functions. During his 9 years at Dell, Anurag has had various roles with progressive responsibility across a wide variety of marketing functions, including P&L management, Merchandising, Pricing, Marketing Operations and Marketing Analytics. Anurag holds an MBA from The University of Texas at Austin and a BTech in Mechanical Engineering from National Institute of Technology – Kurukshetra, India. Prior to moving to the US for his MBA, Anurag worked as a software engineer in India on various US based client engagements.
Scott Lux has experience in various aspects of ecommerce, digital strategy, marketing, and analytics from both the brand side and agency perspective. Scott began his digital career in Seattle leading Product Development for Washington Mutual’s Online Banking. From there he moved to the Global Digital Agency Possible. While at Possible, he led digital strategy for Faconnable, Entertainment Weekly, Motorola, and REI. After five years with the agency, he moved back to the brand side leading ecommerce and digital strategy for Kiehls, AmEx, and Morgans Hotel Group. Catherine began her career at Crispin Porter & Bogusky working on the TRUTH campaign then moved on to BSG Advertising Group where she managed Hertz Car Rental, St Regis Hotel, and several Travel & Hospitality accounts. Catherine then moved on to the client side at Carnival Cruise Lines where she was in charge of digital advertising and media planning. Nowadays, Catherine works at Jetblue Airways where she has managed advertising and all marketing/customer experience efforts for JetBlue Getaways.

Evan Schwartz is the CEO and founder of ActionX, a leading mobile customer acquisition and retargeting platform. Prior to founding ActionX, Evan was the CEO and co-founder of Thumbplay where he acquired more than 5 million mobile customers for the mobile entertainment service and sold the business to Clear Channel in 2011. Evan was SVP of Online for Columbia House and part of the start-up team at the pioneering ecommerce site CDnow. Evan graduated from the University of Pennsylvania. Joseph Yakuel is the Senior Director of CRM and Digital Marketing at The Vitamin Shoppe. He manages customer acquisition and retention marketing for the ecommerce business & 660 retail stores. Previously, Joseph managed cross site marketing at Quidsi, a subsidiary of Amazon, which owns and operates Diapers.com, Soap.com, Wag.com, and several other websites. At Quidsi, Joseph managed digital marketing channels as well as marketplace partnerships. Joseph was the Founder of Fireforless.com, an Ecommerce business selling fireplaces and outdoor products. Mr. Yakuel is attending NYU Stern for his MBA, and has received his undergraduate degree from Tulane University with a Major in Finance.
