With over 15 years experience in branding + advertising, Karen joined QVC in 2007 to launch the first national advertising campaign. In 2008, she created the social strategy starting with Facebook, YouTube and Twitter followed by Foursquare, Tumblr, Instagram, Blogger/Influencer outreach and most recently, Pinterest. Karen continues to challenge and test new ways of building a connection where ever and however the customer prefers. Prior to joining QVC, Karen was the North America Marketing Manager for FLAVIA®, the coffee and tea division of M&M® MARS®. Karen is happily married to her husband Brian Adams (not the singer 😉 ) and they are proud parents of their 9-month-old son.
Todd joined Videology in 2011 as VP of business development for North America. He is responsible for driving growth of Videology’s optimal ad decisioning platform by building strategic partnerships within the advertising and media space. Todd is also responsible for expanding the application of Videology’s technology into new media areas, such as mobile and advanced TV. Prior to joining Videology, Todd was VP of business development for MTV Networks Digital. In this role, he brought new business opportunities to MTV Networks digital marketing solutions. He launched the company’s Tribes ad networks and played an instrumental role in the company’s alliance with the Warner Music Group. Todd also worked in the media division of Nokia and at Digitas, where he led several major digital and traditional marketing programs for American Express.
As a catalyst for change, Mark is responsible for accelerating the transformation of Sears Holdings as the leader in integrated retail. Mark has worked with such organizations as IBM, Manpower, the Economist, and the U.S. Department of Education to develop social strategies that improve engagement, innovation, and loyalty. Mark was previously the CEO of Truman Company, the COO of TomorrowLab at McKinsey & Company, and a researcher at the MIT Artificial Intelligence Lab. Mark holds a Ph.D. from Harvard University. His thesis predicted the rise of social networking eight years before the founding of Facebook.
Fu’ad Butt is a Corporate Vice President for the New York Life Insurance Company responsible for Online Branding, Advertising and Lead Generation activities. Fu’ad joined NYL in 1998 as an Assistant Vice President responsible for creating an internal consulting unit after which he worked with NYL International helping start new operations in Asia. Prior to joining NYL, Fu’ad worked for PNC Financial on special M&A projects directly for the Chief Information Officer. Fu’ad is an avid motorsports fan, focusing on Formula One racing. Fu’ad is also active in volunteer activities in mentoring college students and young professionals on career issues.
Kristen D’Arcy is the Senior Vice President of E-Commerce and Digital Media for Oscar de la Renta. Having joined Oscar in 2011, Kristen is responsible for building the brand’s e-commerce business, overseeing operations, marketing and merchandising. Prior to her current role, she was responsible for Ralph Lauren’s US digital marketing activities. Having spent ten years in the space, Kristen honed her skills at award-winning advertising agencies, among them Tribal DDB and R/GA, helping Fortune 500 companies achieve their business objectives utilizing online, mobile and social strategies.
Andrea Chan-Diliberto is the first Social Media Manager at FreshDirect, a leading online grocer serving customers in New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut. Bringing her experiences in marketing, finance, and merchandising, she is responsible for developing FreshDirect’s social strategy and integrating within other departments, most notably customer service. She holds an MBA from Columbia Business School with a concentration in Marketing.
Sheila leads innovative marketing initiatives to drive loyalty and consumer engagement. She employs emerging technology to create cutting edge campaigns to increase online spending across consumer portfolios. Sheila develops strategies to drive revenue and online spend growth through partnerships that advance online shopping services. She successfully tailors communication to appeal to different segments to capture a portion of the $9 billion spend potential for top online only retailers. She creates campaigns to increase conversion rates of merchant offers across digital platforms including online, mobile and tablet. Sheila drives innovation through consumer research and self sought out trials of alternative digital payments.
Jordan Corredera is Director and GM, Carnival Digital, the eCommerce and digital marketing arm for the world’s largest cruise line. Jordan joined Carnival in 2003, holding positions within the sales, operations and marketing groups before establishing the company’s first digital strategy team in January 2007.
An early advocate of social media and establishing corporate credibility online, Corredera championed the first insider blog and social media strategy in the cruise industry. Corredera currently leads Carnival’s online group whose focus is on all aspects of Carnival’s online presence including B2B, B2C, eCommerce, Mobile, Social Media, digital production and analytics.
Aaron Doades leads product development where he is responsible for the strategic direction and innovation for Magnetic’s product offerings. Prior to this role, he managed and developed search retargeting optimization strategies, and focused on growing relationships with existing clients. With experience in sales and business development across publisher sites, display networks, affiliate firms, and data companies, Aaron brings a holistic media perspective to Magnetic — real-time bidding, data targeting and dynamic creative. Aaron served in leadership roles at Solve Media and Brightgeist Media and was the founder of Mighty Penny, an ad-supported online gaming site, sold in 2008. Aaron holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from University of Maryland, College Park. He serves as a contributing author for Search Engine Land’s dedicated Search + Display column.

Prior to joining Sprinklr in February 2012, Jeremy was the Founder/CEO of Never Stop Marketing, an international consulting firm which served F50 clients such as Johnson & Johnson and Microsoft. Jeremy served as the lead instructor for Microsoft’s global Digital and Social Marketing training programs. He has spoken in 17 different countries and worked in Frankfurt and Tokyo.
Jeremy has a BA in History and a double minor in Economics & German from Johns Hopkins University and studied International Relations and Marketing in Germany and Japan. He lives in the Washington, DC area with his wife and three children.
Fudge leads Bonobos’ marketing efforts across all social media platforms. Prior to Bonobos, Fudge worked as a marketing consultant for brands such as Armani Exchange and Lufthansa. Fudge also served as a Marketing Director at Esquire magazine overseeing all fashion marketing and promotions, as well as socialmedia and mobile marketing. While there, Fudge played a significant role launching Esquire’s iPhone and iPad applications. Prior to Esquire, he worked in MTV’s Integrated Marketing group, where he worked with some of the world’s largest advertisers on integrations within programming such as The Hills, TRL and the Video Music Awards.
Ian Gomar is Chief Marketing Officer for Sporting Goods and Fitness at Sears Holdings (Sears and Kmart) and is responsible for the multi channel integrated marketing strategy and execution. Prior to Sears Holdings, he was President of Retail & E-commerce at Steve Madden footwear, President/CEO of Athletes World/Bata in Canada, and held CMO roles at Footlocker Inc. and Starter Apparel. Ian has extensive experience in retail marketing and turnarounds, and developing ecosystems which seamlessly integrate home, store and mobile touch points.
With a comprehensive team of strategists, analysts and creative designers and programmers, Regina leads her team in providing digital marketing services to clients across all vertical markets to help them extend the reach of their customer insights to drive relevant and engaging communications and interactions with their customers. Regina oversees the teams delivering strategy and planning, customer insights and targeting, campaign management, and creative services. In addition, she supervises all phases of professional services and analytics projects including providing up-front client consultation, assessing business needs, analyzing complex internal and external data, model delivery, and post-campaign assessment of model performance.

Tom Hassell, VP of eCommerce and Planning, runs a portfolio of eight apparel eCommerce sites for HMX Group. These sites include HickeyFreeman.com, shop.IvankaTrump.com and BobbyJones.com. Prior to joining HMX, Tom was a member of the eCommerce executive committee at Ann Taylor and was the Co-Founder of OrangeAndPear.com. Tom has nearly 20 years of retail experience, including leadership roles in eCommerce, merchandising and planning at Lord & Taylor, Perry Ellis and Joseph Abboud.
Josh is employee #4 and the VP of eCommerce Solutions at one of the fastest growing e-commerce companies Quidsi, which was recently acquired by Amazon and is the parent company to some of the hottest retail brands in the country including Diapers.com (baby care), Soap.com (household essentials), BeautyBar.com (prestige beauty), Wag.com (pets) and Casa.com (home goods). Josh leads the Product, User Experience, Creative and SEO teams and is currently working on three new site launches.
Jason joined Gilt Groupe in 2010 and has been leading their online, social, and mobile marketing efforts. Prior to Gilt, he was the VP of eCommerce of Redcats USA, a billion dollar retailer based in France, leading all US eCommerce efforts across its various titles. Jason also has an extensive background in CRM, as he lead Database Marketing for J.Crew, and implemented new CRM systems & programs for Martha Stewart Living post their IPO.
Derek joined MBUSA in 2008 after spending 3 years producing, directing and editing video content for the brand. In his current digital marketing role, he oversees creative, UX and technical development for mbusa.com, the mobile site and iPad site. An enthusiast of Agile Methodology, he is a certified scrum master and oversees all new development via Agile. Derek began his professional journey as a jazz musician, which brought him from Chicago New York. He received his B.A. from Columbia University with a concentration in film.
Having recently joined Conde Nast, Raman will be working with teams across all divisions to develop dynamic solutions that help drive the company’s digital business. His responsibilities include end-to-end management of customer acquisition, social media, optimized media, digital PR and influencer relations, content and community management, content distribution systems, reporting and analytics, emerging technologies, and third-party partnerships across US and Europe. Prior to Conde Nast, Raman was at Starworks Group as Head of Digital Marketing and was responsible for the development and execution of digital marketing strategies and integrated marketing systems. Before Starworks Group, Raman was Director of Social Media for Morpheus Media.
Prior to joining the executive team at Lot18, Jon spent over five years as Vice President / Client Partner at Razorfish, LLC where he led the New York office’s Retail Group that includes noteworthy brands such as Ralph Lauren, Victoria’s Secret and Staples. Jon also led the client engagements for various financial services clients including Capital One and Citibank. Since the late 1990s, Jon has been actively involved in the Direct Marketers Association, Shop.Org, and is on the advisory board of Snooth.com, the world’s largest wine and spirits media site.
Justin Lancer is a Managing Director of Guggenheim Securities, a full-service investment bank, covering the internet and retail industries. Prior to Guggenheim, Mr. Lancer spent 15 years at Bear Stearns and 2 years at Moelis & Company covering similar industries. Mr. Lancer has advised public and private companies of all stages and sizes in debt and equity financing and strategic M&A transactions, most recently advising Nordstrom on its $270 million acquisition of HauteLook.
Scott has over twelve years of experience in various aspects of digital, including five years with the digital creative agency, ZAAZ based in Seattle, WA. While at ZAAZ, Scott lead a team of innovative minds to develop and successfully launch digital experiences for Alaska Airlines, Chase, Faconnable, Entertainment Weekly, Motorola, and REI. After five years with the agency, Scott pursued the opportunity to head up the e-commerce team at Kiehl’s under L’Oreal. Scott then lead digital capabilities at AMEX, where he launched their innovative foursquare and facebook partnerships. In October 2011, Scott joined Morgans Hotel Group to develop MHG’s digital strategy and capabilities across their portfolio of hotels and venues.
Tad Martin is Co-Founder and CEO of Collective[i]™ a cloud-based marketing analytics platform that automates the work associated with analyzing data and socializes knowledge throughout the organization. Prior to founding Collective[i]™, Mr. Martin oversaw operations at Overstock.com as the company’s COO / GMM. During his tenure with the company, Overstock grew from $70m in revenue to over $800m and became a publicly traded company in the process (NASDAQ: OSTK). Mr. Martin is acknowledged as an authority on e-commerce, Internet marketing, analytics and data integration. He speaks frequently at industry events and has been cited in several major publications. Mr. Martin holds a B.A. in English from the University of Utah.
Alexis is Founder and Chief Marketing Officer of Gilt Groupe. Prior to Gilt Groupe, Alexis served as General Manager and Business Development Director for AOL’s ecommerce businesses. In 1998, she became an early member of the eBay team, where she helped launch the company’s first strategic planning group and eBay Canada. She later helped found eBay Motors. Alexis holds a BA and MBA from Harvard University.
Michael is responsible for managing all global sales and account functions, including customer experience and international expansion efforts. Michael came from AOL where he was responsible for their national advertiser services team as well as international sales efforts for U.S.-based clients looking to market on a global scale. Michael also spent several years in London as Managing Director of Western Europe for Advertising.com with full P&L responsibility for the UK, French and Spanish businesses. While in London, Revolution Magazine named him one of the “Top 50 Most Influential Leaders in the Digital Sector.” Prior to digital marketing, Michael held various roles in the engineering and education industries. Michael has a BS in Environmental/Civil Engineering from RPI and a Master’s in Public Policy from NYU.
Mark is making TV interactive and both enjoyable for viewers and beneficial for advertisers. At TiVo, Mark is the VP of Interactive Advertising, managing client and agency utilization of advertising seamlessly weaved throughout the TV viewer experience, and second-screen synched applications connected to social media. Prior to TiVo, Mark was the Managing Director and Executive Producer for Brand New World, a digital creative agency. Before that, he worked in Gaming, Audio Branding, Design, and Video Production. Mark started his career at FutureBrand as a strategy and brand valuation consultant.
Rajiv Satyal markets comedy and comedifies marketing. (Don’t worry if that’s not a word.) He has branded himself as The Funny Indian – Your High-Brow, Fun-Size Comedian and describes himself as “the fun-size Indian comedian from Ohio whose witty, universal, and TV-clean act resonates with Middle America by covering everything from racial issues to soap bottles to his favorite topic – himself.” This former University of Cincinnati engineer and P&G marketer has repeatedly opened for Dave Chappelle, Tim Allen, Kevin Nealon, and also for Russell Peters in sold-out theaters across the U.S.A. He has been featured on national TV and radio, in The Wall Street Journal and LA Times, and regularly at all major comedy clubs in LA. Rajiv has also acted in funny commercials, written humorous ads, named his alma mater’s online radio station (“Bearcast”), managed a Miss India America’s career, and trained NFL players on how to think of themselves as brands.
Meyar Sheik co-founded Certona in 2004 and serves as the Chief Executive Officer. Under his guidance, the company has grown into the top personalization provider for today’s largest online and multi-channel retailers around the world. Meyar is a frequent industry speaker on cross-channel personalization trends and solutions. Prior to Certona and from early 2000, Meyar was CMO and COO of WebSideStory, Inc., a leading web analytics provider. (now part of Adobe) Meyar as a BS in Electrical Engineering from New York Institute of Technology and an MBA from Rochester Institute of Technology.
Sobel became President, OneStopPlus Group in 2008, a growing group of eight brands & websites which now represent the #1 position in the plus size web world. Sobel created OneStopPlus.com in 2006, the first & largest online marketplace targeted to the plus size consumer. In 2010, Sobel led OneStopPlus.com in launching the first ever plus size fashion show during Fashion Week. In 2011, she launched FullBeauty.com, the first lingerie site dedicated to plus sizes. Recognized as an authority in direct marketing and a specialist in understanding plus-size consumer behavior, Sobel frequently lectures and appears on national television.
Devaraj has been working at the intersection of business, online media and mobile technology for fifteen years. He joined American Express from iThink Labs and Yureekah where he was founder and president of an online media services and advertising technology agency. Devaraj held prior positions at Accenture and Deloitte Consulting, where he provided strategic planning, marketing and operations for GE, JPMC, PepsiCo, and Pfizer. Jonathan Stephen is the Head of Mobile with JetBlue Airways, bringing more than eight years of experience in the mobile industry. In his current role, Jonathan is responsible for driving JetBlue’s overall mobile strategy as well as maintaining and enhancing the products in JetBlue’s mobile ecosystem. Prior to his tenure with JetBlue, Jonathan was the Director of Global Industry Initiatives with the Mobile Marketing Association (MMA), where he was responsible for coordinating the various committees of the organization as well as responsible for the MMA’s strategic initiatives, overseeing and publishing guidelines, best practices and educational tools for mobile media and marketing.
Marc Sternberg is CEO of Rising Tide Media, a leading producer of conferences for the advertising and emerging technology industries. Marc was president and COO of AlwaysOn, from 2007-2011, where he produced over 20 successful conferences in the digital media, clean technology and cloud computing sectors. Marc was the vice president of advertising sales for The Hollywood Reporter, from 1989-2007. Marc has served on the boards of numerous charitable and non-profit organizations, including Make-A-Wish Foundation of Los Angeles and the Anti-Defamation League/LA.
Steven is the Director of Social Commerce Innovation at Dell where he leads Dell’s strategic innovation efforts in creating, experimenting, partnering, and launching social commerce technologies. Previous to Dell, Steven worked at Bazaarvoice, Open Text, Vignette, Collanos, and Novell where he conceived and led different social media and mobile product lines and business development efforts. Steven is known for being an entrepreneur in large organizations and has led the development of new products, created new business units, started an eBusiness research center at Brigham Young University, created global partner programs, and driven strategic acquisition initiatives.
Aysenur is the Senior Brand Manager at Kraft Foods leading the eCommerce and retail strategy for one of the fastest growing verticals—the on-demand coffee category. With over 10 years of extensive general advertising and branding, ecommerce and digital marketing experience, she has been instrumental in driving several game changing initiatives and strategies for different Kraft Foods brands. Prior to joining Kraft, Aysenur worked for International Masters Publishers Inc. as the Vice President of Marketing where she was leading all product marketing strategies for their North American business.
Jonathan Treiber co-founded RevTrax in 2006 with a vision of building a leading technology company focused on empowering marketers to track the effectiveness of digital media on offline transactions. Since launch, RevTrax has grown to support online to offline digital promotions for many of the largest major retail, CPG and restaurant organizations. As CEO, Jonathan leads the company’s technology, marketing and business development strategy. A serial entrepreneur in the online marketing space, Jonathan has deep expertise in display, affiliate, search, email, social and mobile promotions. Jonathan holds a Bachelor of Arts, with distinction, from Cornell University.
Dana Vogel is a longtime direct marketer who has spent the last ten years developing ecommerce marketing and advertising strategies in the telecommunications, Internet and CPG industries. Currently, Dana is Senior Brand Manager at Kraft ecommerce responsible for digital marketing, media, creative and database strategy and execution for Gevalia Kaffe. Dana incorporates the fundamentals of traditional direct marketing with today’s digital technologies and capabilities that help companies utilize ecommerce as a new channel of distribution to market and sell products and services. Dana lives in Westchester County, NY with her husband and two daughters.
John is the Chief Marketing Officer at BeachMint, a Santa Monica based next-generation social commerce company. BeachMint currently operates four direct-to-consumer sites that offer exclusive products, designed and curated by a celebrity and style expert, through a subscription shopping model: JewelMint, StyleMint, BeautyMint and ShoeMint. Previously, John was the SVP/Brand Management & Marketing Strategy at Guthy-Renker where he developed 14 new celebrity driven businesses, and led multi-channel acquisition and customer marketing initiatives to support their launches. Prior to Guthy-Renker, John was the Senior Director of Customer Marketing at BMG Direct.
John Wiseman runs the marketing team for the Thrillist Media Group. Spearheading everything from user acquisition and brand marketing partnerships to tent-pole idea creation like the upcoming Tour de Thrillist and the JackThreads x Bonnaroo “Fash-Ups” collaboration, he has taken Thrillist from a 15,000 readers in NYC in 2006 to over 4 million subscribers in 20 markets today. He is also an owner of the Williamsburg whiskey bar, The Whiskey Brooklyn, and the curated spirits boutique, The Whiskey Shop.
