Katherine Bahamonde

Katherine currently serves as the EVP Global E-commerce and Operations for Burch Creative Capital, a private company that is changing the landscape of retail. C. Wonder and Monika Chiang launched holiday 2011. In her role, Katherine is responsible for each e-commerce P&L and is the strategic architect for all things digital. Earlier in her career, Katherine has worked at a variety of world-class companies that include Citibank, Nike, PepsiCo, Sears, LuluLemon Athletica, and Juicy Couture. Katherine is a graduate of Harvard College and Harvard Business School. Mike Beaulieu
Director of Media Sales, Wayfair

Mike Beaulieu is the Director of Media Sales at Wayfair.com, the largest online-only retailer of home goods. Mike has been with the company for seven years and is responsible for leading Wayfair Media Solutions, spearheading the Display Media sales team, and managing Wayfair’s “Featured Product” sales team – which focuses on selling advertising to endemic Wayfair manufacturers. He also assists with “Get it Near Me”, a proprietary, geo-targeted ad product for brick-and-mortar retailers. Earlier in his Wayfair career, Mike was a senior member of the central buying team, managing relationships with 1000’s of suppliers and breaking into new retail markets.


MaryAnn Bekkedahl
President, Keep Holdings

MaryAnn is responsible for all the operations and external relationships for Keep Holdings and its products. She has 18 years experience in consumer magazine and website publishing. Prior to AdKeeper, she was EVP, Group Publisher at Rodale, a global content company in health and wellness, and the publisher of the Men’s Health, Women’s Health and Prevention properties amongst others. MaryAnn led the advertising sales and trade marketing efforts for all Rodale print and digital properties, integrated marketing programs, corporate ad sales and custom publishing. MaryAnn was named Adweek Media’s “Publishing Executive of the Year” in 2009. MaryAnn holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Michigan.


Katherine Wu Brady

As vice-president of Operations at vente-privee, Kathy oversees Sales Operations, HR and strategic projects to lead cross-functional activities for the site’s daily flash sale events. Prior to vente-privee, she served as Head of Operations at Patch, AOL’s online local media unit, managed the rebranding of NBC Local Media to revitalize its digital and mobile properties, and was the launch Director of Distribution Partnerships for Hulu. Kathy is a Board Member of Apple Arts, a nonprofit dedicated to after school arts education for homeless children in NYC, and lives in Manhattan with her husband and son.

Ron leads the team responsible for all iPhone, iPad and Android apps as well as mobile-optimized websites and other mobile products. Prior to Quidsi, Ron was a Product Management consultant for companies including Zagat. Ron also was the CEO and co-founder of kwiry, a venture-backed mobile startup in San Francisco, focused on mobile productivity. Ron got his MBA at MIT Sloan and BS at Georgetown University.


Will Ferguson

Will Ferguson is the VP of display advertising, social media and affiliate marketing at 1800flowers.com. Chris is currently on the Advisory Board of Face Value, a nonprofit project that is a long-term strategy to change public opinion about LGBT people. Suzy Sandberg
