Scott joined Rakuten LinkShare in 2008 and is responsible for all aspects of marketing including Public Relations, Internal and External Marketing and Communications, Marketing Operations, and Trade Shows and Events. Scott has over 15 years of corporate marketing and product marketing experience. Prior to joining Rakuten LinkShare, Scott worked at leading technology companies including IBM, EMC and Quark.
Katherine currently serves as the EVP Global E-commerce and Operations for Burch Creative Capital, a private company that is changing the landscape of retail. C. Wonder and Monika Chiang launched holiday 2011. In her role, Katherine is responsible for each e-commerce P&L and is the strategic architect for all things digital. Earlier in her career, Katherine has worked at a variety of world-class companies that include Citibank, Nike, PepsiCo, Sears, LuluLemon Athletica, and Juicy Couture. Katherine is a graduate of Harvard College and Harvard Business School. She is currently a board member of City Kids, an organization that empowers urban young people to succeed in school, the workplace and in life.
Mike Beaulieu is the Director of Media Sales at Wayfair.com, the largest online-only retailer of home goods. Mike has been with the company for seven years and is responsible for leading Wayfair Media Solutions, spearheading the Display Media sales team, and managing Wayfair’s “Featured Product” sales team – which focuses on selling advertising to endemic Wayfair manufacturers. He also assists with “Get it Near Me”, a proprietary, geo-targeted ad product for brick-and-mortar retailers. Earlier in his Wayfair career, Mike was a senior member of the central buying team, managing relationships with 1000’s of suppliers and breaking into new retail markets.
MaryAnn is responsible for all the operations and external relationships for Keep Holdings and its products. She has 18 years experience in consumer magazine and website publishing. Prior to AdKeeper, she was EVP, Group Publisher at Rodale, a global content company in health and wellness, and the publisher of the Men’s Health, Women’s Health and Prevention properties amongst others. MaryAnn led the advertising sales and trade marketing efforts for all Rodale print and digital properties, integrated marketing programs, corporate ad sales and custom publishing. MaryAnn was named Adweek Media’s “Publishing Executive of the Year” in 2009. MaryAnn holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Michigan.
As vice-president of Operations at vente-privee, Kathy oversees Sales Operations, HR and strategic projects to lead cross-functional activities for the site’s daily flash sale events. Prior to vente-privee, she served as Head of Operations at Patch, AOL’s online local media unit, managed the rebranding of NBC Local Media to revitalize its digital and mobile properties, and was the launch Director of Distribution Partnerships for Hulu. Kathy is a Board Member of Apple Arts, a nonprofit dedicated to after school arts education for homeless children in NYC, and lives in Manhattan with her husband and son.
Fu’ad Butt is a Vice President with the Corporate Technology Group at OppenheimerFunds, Inc. responsible for interfacing with the Marketing organization for strategy development, solution discovery and risk/issues management acting as the primary bridge between the Marketing and Technology organizations. He has a strong interest in exporting best practices from the corporate arena to the not for profit and startup sectors. Fu’ad is active in multiple charitable organizations in the US and South Asia.
Sheila Collins is a thought leader in the mobile commerce space. She participated in nearly a dozen eCommerce industry panels in 2012. She has a consumer driven approach to help companies engage users. Over the past 12 years, her career has focused on launching effective digital marketing strategies to strengthen brand identity, improve customer loyalty, and enhance financial performance. She has delivered outstanding performance results for American Express, A&E Television Network, and Chase Manhattan Bank. Sheila serves on the board of the sightseeing tour co., Inside Out Tours, LLC. She is a theater lover, fitness junkie, globe trotting traveler, who enjoys volunteering with youth.
Nicole Delma is a recognized expert in the email marketing space, with over 10 years of experience leading the email and data programs for companies including J.Crew, Conde Nast Publications, Getty Images and RCRDLBL. Delma’s hands-on approach to data management and customer contact strategy has built her a reputation as a pioneer in the digital marketing space, bringing innovative marketing tactics to life for major brands with proven success. Delma’s vocal advocacy of the unconventional ‘Data Minimalism’ approach to CRM has put her in high demand as a speaker in the email and cross-channel marketing space. Delma is also the founder of the NY based creative and media group, The Usual Crew, as well as an avid marathoner and triathlete racing for Champion Systems Athletic Team.
As Senior Marketing Manager of Millennial & Omnichannel at Macys.com Mélissa serves as the strategic lead on key millennial & omni-channel focused projects. Melissa has 10+ years of sales and marketing experience in companies including Procter & Gamble, Hewlett Packard, and various network marketing ventures. Her passion for the retail and digital space has also afforded her consulting experiences with companies including Reebok, Aéropostale, Samsung, Birchbox, and the Gilt Groupe. Mélissa holds a BA in Political Science & French from Wellesley College and an MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management.
Ron Feldman is the Director of Product for Mobile & Tablet at Quidsi. Quidsi, an Amazon subsidiary, owns and operates Diapers.com, Soap.com, Wag.com and six other websites focused on serving young families. Ron leads the team responsible for all iPhone, iPad and Android apps as well as mobile-optimized websites and other mobile products. Prior to Quidsi, Ron was a Product Management consultant for companies including Zagat. Ron also was the CEO and co-founder of kwiry, a venture-backed mobile startup in San Francisco, focused on mobile productivity. Ron got his MBA at MIT Sloan and BS at Georgetown University.
Will Ferguson is the VP of display advertising, social media and affiliate marketing at 1800flowers.com. As a 13 year veteran of web marketing, he has helped pioneer collaborative cross-channel marketing efforts that are analytics based and ROI focused. In running 1800 Flower’s display channel, he has championed an audience targeting approach, and has driven profits north with leading edge strategies such as look-a-like modeling, behavioral targeting, and site retargeting. Will’s innovative social media campaigns have been covered by the New York Times, ClickZ, AdWeek and numerous other publications and his Affiliate Program just won Linkshare’s 2012 Publisher’s Choice Award. Matt Field is the Director of International Operations at Birchbox, a disruptive eCommerce company on a mission to change the way beauty, lifestyle and grooming products are discovered and purchased In his role, Matt is responsible for managing communications, execution and growth across Birchbox’s four global offices. Matt joined Birchbox in 2010 and was among the first non-founding hires. Since then, he has held roles in both Strategy and Marketing, helping to scale the business, drive new user growth and enhance the subscription product. Prior to Birchbox, Matt worked as a consultant at Bain & Company, focusing on CPG, Retail and Technology. Josh Himwich, VP of Product at Refinery29, is leading the growth of the business from being solely a media company focusing on women’s fashion to one that offers rich and new forms of eCommerce to its 3.5M unique readers. Josh heads up Product and is responsible for crafting both the strategy and platforms that support the experience of Refinery29’s readers, customers, and advertisers. Before joining Refinery29 in July of this year, Josh was VP of eCommerce Solutions and employee number 4 at Quidsi, which were acquired in by Amazon in 2010 for $550M.
Jason joined Gilt Groupe in 2010 and has been leading their online, social, and mobile marketing efforts. Prior to Gilt, he was the VP of eCommerce of Redcats USA, a billion dollar retailer based in France, leading all US eCommerce efforts across its various titles. Jason also has an extensive background in CRM, as he lead Database Marketing for J.Crew, and implemented new CRM systems & programs for Martha Stewart Living post their IPO.
Ken has over 23 years of leadership experience delivering digital marketing services in companies such as Time Warner, IAC/InterActiveCorp, IBM, QualityHealth, About.com/The New York Times and NetActive. His experience includes leading consumer marketing activities, product development, trade & sales marketing, e-commerce, social media, branding and database marketing. Ken earned his MBA at Duke University – The Fuqua School of Business, a MS in Computer Science from Duke University and a BS in Computer Science from Lehigh University.
Chris drives a team of strategic level salespeople, along with advertising technology consultants, to implement a SAAS solution for media planning and buying across digital media channels. Chris develops marketing solutions and custom products across all media types, utilizing the smartest data and targeting technology to effectively grow revenue for marketers such as Procter and Gamble, Kraft, Pepsi, IBM, Ford, GM, and Verizon. As MediaMath’s SVP of Platform Solutions, Chris works to build relationships with MediaMath’s strategic clients and helps form key partnerships with industry affiliates. He also previously served as Senior Global Product Manager for eBay. Chris is currently on the Advisory Board of Face Value, a nonprofit project that is a long-term strategy to change public opinion about LGBT people. Chris holds a BS in Symbolic Systems | Human-Computer Interaction from Stanford University and has completed MBA coursework at The Wharton School of Business.
Suzy launched PM Digital in 2001, Since then, Suzy has molded PM Digital’s vision, developing new products, new technologies and overseeing the day-to-day operations. Spencer drives global revenue planning and generation for Fiksu and FreeMyApps. His fire is fueled by his 15+ years of business development efforts with early stage ventures in complex digital ecosystems, including video solutions provider OneScreen and search engine marketing innovator Adverplex. Spencer was founder and CEO of ColoAccess, a colocation consulting company, and spent the early part of his career at Verizon and MCI. Spencer currently serves on the board of OneScreen, MashLogic, and Optimal, Inc. He holds a BS in Business Administration from Boston University.
Adam Stave is the Director of Business Development for GSI Media, a business unit of GSI Commerce, an eBay company. GSI Media develops and manages retail media solutions and monetization strategies for their portfolio of leading ecommerce clients. Marc Sternberg is CEO of Rising Tide Media, a leading producer of conferences for the advertising and emerging technology industries. Marc was president and COO of AlwaysOn, from 2007-2011, where he produced over 20 successful conferences in the digital media, clean technology and cloud computing sectors. Marc was the vice president of advertising sales for The Hollywood Reporter, from 1989-2007. Yann Tanini is Vice President of Ecommerce at Redcats USA, where he oversees all ecommerce activities for the apparel and home furniture/goods brands of the group. In this role he is responsible for growing the web business, defining the online strategy, and creating and implementing the ecommerce platform roadmap. Over the past few years, Redcats USA has grown significantly to rank No. 5 in apparel sales in the Internet Retailer Top 500. Yann holds a Master in Business Management with a focus on Innovation Management and a Master of Science in Engineering.
