As the Senior Director of Data Science and Analytics at Conagra, Brian Archey’s team is recognized as an analytics center of excellence throughout the organization. With more than fourteen years of experience in digital analytics, Brian learned the value of data-driven decision making in digital advertising at Starcom MediaVest Group, honed his web analytics skills at Tribune Interactive, and spent over a decade with Cars.com where he was responsible for the data and analytics strategies for their portfolio of digital properties. A newcomer to CPG, Brian is looking forward to leveraging his experience to help his colleagues advance Conagra’s data and analytics maturity and drive growth for the organization.
Jeannie is an experienced and passionate practioner of data-driven decision-making. She currently leads Morningstar’s Marketing Operations group, which includes managing an increasingly complex technology stack and providing all kinds of data insights to marketing and their business partners in sales, finance and product management. Prior to joining Morningstar she lead the Database Marketing team for the Chicago Tribune. She holds a B.A. in English Literature from the University of Georgia and an MBA from Booth School of Business with concentrations in Economics, Statistics, Marketing and Organizational Psychology.
Alissa Calomino leads the marketing and communications efforts across all channels for GEMS World Academy Chicago. She is an action-oriented leader with a proven track record of achieving marketing goals by creating and optimizing strategic campaigns to drive growth. She is an award-winning digital marketer with more than 13 years of experience, including business-to-business and business-to-client initiatives in companies ranging in size from startups to large corporations.
Alissa graduated from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign with a bachelor’s degree in liberal arts and sciences, and she is currently pursuing an MBA from Lake Forest Graduate School of Management.
Jeremy Gold is Vice President and Industry Lead for the CPG category at Oath. Previously, he was a senior director leading audience and programmatic sales for advertisers within the CPG, finance, automotive, and entertainment categories at Yahoo.
Prior to joining to Oath via the Yahoo acquisition, Jeremy spent over 12 years in the digital advertising industry, with extensive experience in programmatic advertising and ad networks. He served as the vice president of sales for interclick, which was acquired by Yahoo, in addition to roles at Advertising.com/AOL and Turn. He earned a B.S. in finance and MBA from the University of Maryland.
Marc Guldimann is the Co-Founder and CEO of Parsec Media, the first marketplace to sell media based on time spent. A longtime entrepreneur, Marc is experienced in synthesizing his experience across digital media, computer security and decision sciences to develop simple, yet powerful
Prior to creating Sled and Parsec, Marc was the founding CEO of Enliken and Spongecell Inc spending two decades at Internet and technology firms. Before digital media he worked in the wireless network security industry, where he developed the first wireless virus filter. Marc graduated from Carnegie Mellon with a degree in Social Decision Sciences and currently resides in Brooklyn.

Jen Naye Herrmann is the manager of the Incubator team at MillerCoors. She has spent her career in the CPG industry at Newell Rubbermaid, Dyson and MillerCoors. Over the last 4 years, Jen has had the privilege of working on upstream innovation projects as well as the Coors Light brand team. She’s passionate about positive, disruptive change and re-envisioning old processes. Most recently, she’s redesigned the Incubator, MillerCoors tech-forward commercial arm re-envisioning 1×1 consumer relationships and commerce.
Ciare James has spent the past 10 years identifying, creating and implementing pathways to growth for well-loved brands across a variety of categories and market positions. She began her Brand career at Procter and Gamble where she led design, delivery and communication planning initiatives for Febreze and owned CEMEA global expansion efforts for Gillette. In 2010 she brought her talents to the food industry in joining Conagra Brands. Ciare has successfully led efforts to revitalize and contemporize iconic brands like Hunt’s, Reddi-wip and most recently, Banquet through base business revitalization, winning innovation, compelling marketing ideas and strategic planning.
Christina Kilgore is a consumer relations marketing professional. She is currently working as a Consumer Relations Associate Manager for Quaker Foods North America within PepsiCo , Inc. She specializes in identifying the voice of the consumer and customer relationship management. Before joining the PepsiCo team Christina worked as a Senior Account Executive at iris Worldwide. While at iris her role involved creating marketing campaigns for small businesses who sold SAP software and vendor management. She is a leader, relationship builder and a creative critical thinker. Christina has a passion for consumer satisfaction and an understanding of what consumers really want.
Dan has spent the last 20 years helping large enterprises leverage technology to drive a differentiated customer experience. This includes companies like Harley-Davidson, McDonald’s, Hyatt, and P&G. His career started in developing software and strategy consulting with Accenture before eventually moving into Sales. When not at work, you’ll find Dan on the open roads, thinking about absolutely nothing, riding his Harley. If you have to ask, you wouldn’t understand.
With over a decade of experience in digital advertising and marketing, Rick has extensive knowledge in emerging media and creating effective marketing strategies for global brands. Rick joined Unified in 2011, where he currently serves as VP of Marketing, and leads all product marketing, content and marketing strategy for the company. Prior to his time at Unified, Rick worked for some of the top advertising agencies including MediaCom, Omnicom and Digitas, where he deployed successful campaigns and strategies for brands such as Delta, Hasbro, Electronic Arts, Ghirardelli and more.

Leslie is responsible for bringing Morningstar’s thought leadership to life through Morningstar conferences and events, providing a deeper dive into our research with Morningstar magazine and connecting with investors through Morningstar’s social media accounts. A champion for social media within the organization, Leslie is responsible for Morningstar’s global social media strategy. Prior to joining Morningstar, Leslie spent 14 years in the publishing industry in a variety of marketing, new business development, and editorial roles.

Kate Miller Spencer is the Midwest Director of Sales for the Midwest/Texas territory for New York Media. As an independent ad sales rep firm owner for more than twenty years, Kate has helped marketers connect with the audiences of both established brands (Food & Wine, Travel + Leisure, Departures) and launch brands (Maxim, The Week, Cherry Bombe). At New York Media, Kate’s focus is on sharing the story of the digital transformation of an award-winning brand, New York, into the company’s seven websites that have disrupted categories from fashion/beauty to news, entertainment and culture: Vulture, The Cut, Strategist, Daily Intelligencer, Grub Street, Select/All and NYMag.
Matt Montei is the Vice President of the Candy Category Business Unit at Mars Wrigley Confectionery U.S. As Vice President, Matt is responsible for driving growth in the Candy category by providing centralized brand management, innovation and integrated marketing for a multi-billion dollar portfolio of iconic brands including SKITTLES®, STARBURST®, and LIFESAVERS®.
Matt is a marketing and sales professional with over 20 years of experience in the consumer goods industry, specializing in brand management, consumer advertising and marketing, product development and marketing research. Prior to this role, Matt was the Senior Marketing Director for Confections, Seasonal, Shopper Marketing & Promotions at Wrigley.
Parker leads Marketing Strategy Consulting for MediaMath and helps clients maximize brand growth by creating a uniform approach across consumer insights, brand strategy and media activation functions. This drives better performance in downstream execution by improving upstream processes and decisioning. Prior to joining MediaMath, Parker consulted clients on brand growth and innovation strategy while at Nielsen.
As Senior Sales Director at Yieldmo in Chicago, Jen works with clients and agencies to build customer-centric mobile strategies. Prior to Yieldmo, Jen held Director positions at both Tapad and MaxPoint Interactive (now Valassis Digital). She holds a B.A. in Business from Augustana College and MBA from NIU.
Jean-Philippe ‘JP’ Persico is the Head of Strategy, Innovation and Marketing Communication North America in the Automotive Aftermarket Division of Bosch. In the past 10 years JP has been driving the strategy and innovation at global fortune 500 brands. Next to leading marketing communication and digital strategy, he is spearheading corporate development initiatives with seed venture investments into early stage companies. JP thrives by finding disruptive services and product ideas and execute them through all phases of development and launch. He is currently starting an ecosystem initiative which is built on a mix of venture investments and internally developed solutions to create the maximum value for Bosch’s customers.
He has earned his B.Sc. in International Management from the UAS of Northwestern Switzerland and his MBA from the Kellogg School of Management, at Northwestern University.
Brandon Rea is a veteran of the Detroit digital ad scene both on the demand and supply side. As SVP of Sales based in Detroit, Brandon is responsible for leading strategy across Automotive relationships nationally while also guiding sales in the Great Lakes region. Prior to joining Sabio, B. Rea has held leadership positions at AdColony, Videology, and Vibrant Media. Brandon has consistently been on the cutting edge since selling the initial mobile program for Car and Driver back in 2005. He’s crafted and sold through dozens of first to market campaigns and is excited to bring that expertise to Sabio. When B. Rea is not reading or networking, he’s running around with his wife and 3 active kids throughout Metro Detroit.
Jillian Staffan is an Account Executive at Pixability covering the mid-west region. She has a wealth of experience in video advertising and was a first 10 employee at Teads in the U.S. Jillian supports partners on their social video strategies to deliver outstanding performance across YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, Twitter, and Spotify. Jillian brings a unique perspective to sales as she has held roles on both the agency and publisher side.
Marc Sternberg is CEO of Rising Tide Media, a leading producer of conferences for the advertising and emerging technology industries. Marc was president and COO of AlwaysOn, from 2007-2011, where he produced over 20 successful conferences in the digital media, clean technology and cloud computing sectors. Marc was the vice president of advertising sales for The Hollywood Reporter, from 1989-2007. Marc has served on the boards of numerous charitable and non-profit organizations, including Make-A-Wish Foundation of Los Angeles and the Anti-Defamation League/LA.
Dan is the Senior Midwest Account Director of WHOSAY, the brand trusted influence marketing company and recent addition to Viacom. After beginning his media career at Starcom, Dan has been a top performer with leading content and technology publishers in the Midwest. Dan received his bachelor’s degree from the University of Iowa and MA from Michigan State University.
Fabia is a driven marketing professional whose expertise spans several areas including: shopper marketing, public relations, digital & social media, experiential marketing and account management. Fabia is currently a Shopper Marketing Manager for Tyson Foods, Inc., where she manages and executes insights-driven shopper marketing campaigns for national and regional retailers supporting Tyson’s core brands and brand innovations. Prior to joining Tyson, Fabia worked for Burrell Communications managing and executing national marketing campaigns for Toyota USA. Over the years, Fabia has gained valuable experience across industry sectors from QSRs to personal care brands, retail and several other CPGs.
Eric Warddrip is the VP of Sales – West at Placed, managing sales efforts for the company across the Central and West regions. Previously Eric held the role of Vice President, West Coast Sales for Sporting News Digital, where he was responsible for digital media revenue across their web, mobile, and tablet platforms. Eric has over 15 years of digital sales and management experience, opening sales offices for SportsIllustrated.com and FOXSports.com, and leading the west coast sales team for FOX Sports Digital. Additionally, Eric held the position of Senior Director of Sales for sports blog start up Yardbarker, where he grew and managed all national ad revenue through their acquisition by FOX Sports Digital in 2010.
Dan leads Ibotta’s Chicago Office where he assists clients and agencies deliver high impact Shopper Marketing Programs. Prior to Ibotta, Dan held sales leadership positions with IRI and News America. He holds a B.S. in Finance and Marketing from the University of Dayton.
