Julian Aldridge joined Schwab in 2012, to drive the Challenger Brand Identity project and help the company rediscover and activate its rich Challenger heritage for a new generation of investors. Over his 30 years in the advertising and marketing industry he’s worked across virtually every category imaginable, and with iconic brands like Nike, DHL, Miller, Adidas, Coke and Disney, to name but a few. His driving passions throughout his career have been re-invention and re-imagination – of brands, of himself and of marketing its self. A passion that has seen him pioneer the concept of Experience Planning in the first dotcom boom, Influencer Marketing before Facebook, and most recently Challenger thinking and activation within major corporations. He’s also an avid traveler, athlete, softball player, father, husband and crossfitter.
Prior to joining OneSpot, Damian Borichevsky spent the previous eight years as a services executive in the marketing technology industry with Sailthru and PulsePoint. During this time, Damian worked directly with world-class clients including Dell, Sony, NBC Universal, Zynga, Kabam, RetailMeNot, Acumen Brands, Turner, The Huffington Post, Sports Illustrated, and Salem Communications to help them build and execute cross-channel, digital marketing campaigns. Before entering the marketing technology field, Damian spent several years working in a management role in Professional Services with Dell. Prior to Dell, he worked in the Consulting Group at Computer Sciences Corporation and held senior technical positions at several small Internet start-ups where his responsibilities ranged from development and service team management to strategic client success and growth initiatives. Damian is a frequent speaker at some of the top digital marketing events and has presented at the DMA annual conference, Media Post’s Email Insider Summit, Email Evolution and Casual Connect. Damian has a degree in Marketing and Management Information Systems from the University of Delaware.
Annalisa Camarillo is the Head of Sponsored Media and Content Publishing at NetApp, where she provides companies with business and technology insight that helps them achieve an advantage. With a relentless customer focus, Annalisa’s team has improved brand health, earned the highest engagement through content marketing, and B2B marketing awards. Annalisa is recognized for her ability to start up new operations on a global level and help the business decide when it’s time to evolve. She has a proven ability to increase brand equity and enable sales with social media, content marketing, corporate journalism, go-to-market programs and lead generation strategy.
Michael Fenech leads Global Social Strategy for Western Union, a global F500 company. He works to evangelize social engagement and ignite all departments to leverage social media in all communications at Western Union. Michael partners with marketers and agencies across the globe to facilitate content and engagement strategies, align programs to business goals, provide analysis, oversee development, production, presentation, evaluation, measurement and governance of country-level and diaspora community social programs.
Marissa Gomes is the senior brand manager of innovation at Big Heart Pet Brands. In this role, Marissa is responsible for guiding the brand’s innovation pipeline focused specifically on snack brands, which includes America’s #1 pet snacks brand: Milk-Bone. Prior to Big Heart Pet Brands, Marissa was at Fisher-Price where she ran the infant business within the Fisher-Price portfolio, and was responsible for core branded items as well as the Laugh and Learn sub-brand. Marissa has extensive experience in digital and multi-cultural marketing, social media and new product commercialization. She received her BA in Economics from UCLA and her MBA in Marketing and International Business from Northwestern University, Kellogg School of Management.
As Co-Founder of the Brand Innovators, Brandon Gutman is responsible for developing premium content which means tapping marketers from the world’s most successful brands to share how they’re utilizing emerging technology and new media vehicles to more effectively engage consumers and drive meaningful ROI. A prolific, highly respected writer, Brandon is an expert blogger whose work has been featured in Fast Company and on Forbes’ CMO Network. Julie Hayes leads employee and brand advocacy for Autodesk, a maker of 3D design software and consumer applications. Taking an inside-out approach, Julie has trained employees and agencies on the Autodesk story worldwide, and led communications for the company’s recent rebrand. As Autodesk begins a new paradigm in customer engagement, and recognizing the best advocates are sitting in the cube right next to you, Julie has launched Autodesk’s online employee advocacy program, activating 10% of the employee base in its first year, while expanding to its 2500 Channel Partners.

Natalie Klinkhammer is Vice President of Sales, West Coast for About.com, assuming the role in February of 2014. Prior to About.com, Natalie developed cutting edge content programs with leading Women’s Lifetsyle brands in the very early content marketing and social media days.
Natalie has more than 25 years experience in media, working with top publishers like CNet, Yahoo! and Federated Media to develop, distribute and socially amplify branded content for their brands.
Natalie received a B.A. in Communications from the University of California, Santa Barbara. She lives in San Francisco with her three young children.
Amanda Mahan brings a blend of digital content strategy and creative thinking to The Clorox Company where she works on key brands including Clorox Liquid Bleach, Hidden Valley Ranch, Kingsford, Glad, Fresh Step, Brita and Burt’s Bees. At Clorox, she defined the methodology for content strategies, developed a break-thru voice workshop and spearheaded creative work such as the Appy award winning myStain mobile app, featured in People Magazine. Armen Najarian’s team is pioneering new digital content marketing strategies to reach, engage, and progress IBM Cloud customers throughout their buying journey. Previously, he led the worldwide go-to-market strategy for the IBM Cloud portfolio of SaaS offerings. Armen joined IBM in 2012 through the acquisition of DemandTec, where as VP of Corporate Marketing he orchestrated an integrated, global demand generation engine. Earlier in his career, Armen held product, brand, and digital marketing roles with ConAgra Foods, Avery Dennison, and Gateway.
