Arjun H. Chowdri is currently the Senior Director of Global & Corporate Strategy for the PGA of America where he is responsible for the strategic planning process across the Association, cross-functional programming, research and global initiatives. Prior to this role Arjun led the Marketing & Communications Department for the PGA of America including creative, PR, digital, production and communications across all of the association’s initiatives and events. After completing his undergraduate at the University of Chicago and MBA from the Warsaw Sports Marketing Center at the University of Oregon, Arjun started his career in the sponsorship consulting representing such Fortune 500 companies as Visa, ConAgra Foods, and PepsiCo. Arjun then moved to India taking on a role as the GM of New Business for DNA Entertainment LTD. While there his efforts focused on the event company’s support of the newly launched Indian Premier League, which included managing the Bangalore franchise event operations, the opening and closing ceremonies for the league, and the ticket sales and operations for the franchises through a joint venture TicketPro. Upon his return from India and prior to joining the PGA, he took on a role at Glaceau which was then a newly acquired division of Coca-Cola where he led the sports marketing and commercial retail planning efforts behind brands such as POWERADE, vitaminwater, and NOS Energy. Arjun currently resides in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida with his wife, Prathyusha, and two sons, Abhinav and Kesav.
James Cuthbert is a community first branding professional with over 14 years of experience in brand marketing and non-profit management. James has marketing experience from 3 fortune 500 companies, launching over 20 products into the marketplace and credited as the creator of the iconic Sprite Obey Your Verse campaign. He also has extensive non-profit experience serving at-risk youth in both Rochester, New York and Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. James graduated from with an undergraduate degree from Penn State University in 2003 and went on to earn an MBA from the University of Rochester’s Simon Business School in 2009.
He is a proud husband and father of two amazing children.
Chantell Ghosh has been rocking marketing & communications with the irreverent Spirit Airlines since 2015. She works with a great team setting brand strategy, building awareness and executing new city launches along with corporate responsibility initiatives. In her current role, Chantell is working to transform Spirit doubters to Spirit Superfans while staying dedicated to the upstart airline’s ultra low cost business model and rebel DNA. In her non-existent spare time Chantell travels extensively with her family, teaches yoga, moms her 5 kids, cuddles her French Bulldog, Daisy and is working on her first novel.
Gavin has spent the last 6 years as Lenovo’s Global Social Media Publisher and Brand Newsroom architect. He pioneered the editorial identity of the world’s #1 PC company across social channels, stressing the importance of fan/employee voices and putting people before products. As Lenovo’s chief storyteller, he continues to scour the Earth in search of the inspiring and the unexpected.
Prior to his social media life, Gavin served as a writer, journalist and musician. He cites Hemingway (concise), Kerouac (lyrical) and the Victoria’s Secret catalog (informal) as his major influences. He learned his chops at Syracuse University’s Newhouse School of Journalism.

Blanca Stella Mejia is a digital leader with over eight years of experience in digital and social media strategy. Currently at IBM, as part of the worldwide social team at IBM z Systems and LinuxONE. Prior to IBM, she was a community manager for Microsoft Research where she managed a social platform created by Microsoft FUSE Labs. She also co-founded a digital agency in Miami where she helped business use the web to drive online visibility and generate leads with paid media, SEO, email, blogging, social media and other integrated digital marketing strategies. Besides being passionate about connecting through Social Media, Blanca was named by Latina Magazine as one of the top 25 Women Who Shine In Technology. She is very involved in the local grassroots Social Media community in South Florida and has been invited to speak about Social Media, Blogging, WordPress, SEO and Local Search at various conferences.
Bringing more than 13 years of experience in the mobile/digital industry, Jonathan Stephen is currently the Manager of E-Commerce Channel Development at Norwegian Cruise Line. Prior to transitioning to the Marketing department, he consulted for Norwegian Cruise Line, overseeing their IT Web Production Support Initiatives in the Business Process Management Team, before joining full-time as the Manager of Web Programs. Jonathan also spent time in the airline industry heading up mobile/digital strategy for airlines including Silver Airways and JetBlue. At JetBlue, he led the Mobile & Emerging Technologies team for over three years with the responsibility of driving their overall mobile strategy. His love for travel, digital, and mobile shinned in the JetBlue organization where he was able to launch the airline’s first mobile app, tablet app, and mobile optimized website. He also supported many airport and onboard innovation initiatives to enhance the overall customer experience.
His past has also included various roles throughout the mobile ecosystem having worked at companies such as the Elite SEM, the Mobile Marketing Association, Motorola, Vindigo, and Flurry. Jonathan was recently featured alongside many other key industry experts in the book “The Art of Mobile Persuasion” in 2015, written by Jeff Hasen (http://artofmobilepersuasion.com). He has been a keynote speaker to a combined audience of over 35,000 people over the course of 70 events and conferences throughout Europe, Middle East, U.S. and Canada, covering various topics around mobile marketing technologies, marketing best practices, airline innovation, and mobile strategies for brands and agencies. He was named as one of the “2012 Top 40 under 40” Innovative Brand Marketers by Brand Innovators and has been featured in many journals such as the Mobile Marketer, Mobile Mixed, Untethered.tv, Mobile Commerce Daily, Digiday, GoMo News, and USA Today.
