Alex Buznego is in his third season with the Miami Marlins. Buznego oversees Digital Marketing, Analytics and elements of business strategy. He received his bachelor’s in Philosophy, Political Science and Economics from the University of Pennsylvania, and his master’s in Business Administration from the University of Miami. As Vice President of Creative for Livefyre, Jonathan Carroll runs an in-house agency that helps clients connect people and stories, which he does by building and marketing products that delight the people who use them. Lauren Cochran is entering her second season with the Miami HEAT. As the Director of Interactive Marketing and New Media, Cochran oversees the social media strategy for the HEAT, an industry leader across all social channels. Cochran is charged with growing and cultivating the HEAT’s following of more than 20 million fans, engaging with their global fan base as well as generating new and existing revenue streams that include tickets sales, merchandise and corporate partnerships. Prior to joining the HEAT, Cochran served as the Director of Digital Media for the Philadelphia Flyers for seven seasons overseeing their digital properties that included the website, email marketing, mobile marketing and social media. @lcochran
In 2003 Norty Cohen founded Moosylvania with the goal of creating value for clients while hosting a dynamic environment that embraces new media and innovation every day. Norty got his start as a creative, then moved to the account side and, eventually, agency ownership. Since launching Moosylvania he hasn’t stopped learning, adapting and pioneering the way. As head of brand initiatives at Outbrain, Kodi Foster is responsible for leading strategic account development, collaborating with Fortune 500 brand partners on their content marketing initiatives. Kodi began at Outbrain by establishing the brand’s paid recommendations business, helping to grow Outbrain into the largest content discovery platform in the world. He also spends his time evangelizing about trends in the digital advertising space. Prior to joining Outbrain, Kodi was VP of Business Development at Sahara Media Holdings, a publicly traded investment company specializing in the digital media industry. @KodiFoster
Adam Gagliardo is Director of Digital Marketing and Social Media at Burger King Corporation, where he leads the strategy, planning and execution of digital media, social media and public relations for the Burger King brand and creates digitally-lead integrated campaigns across consumer touchpoints including mobile and traditional media. Prior to joining Burger King in September 2013 he spent many years at L’Oreal, fulfilling a variety of marketing, digital media and business development capacities. Daniel Gonzalez is Senior Director of Media Strategy at Burger King. He joined the company in 2012 as Senior Manager, Finance. Daniel received his MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business. Prior to joining Burger King he worked as an analyst at Jefferies & Company, and also held positions at McGladrey Capital Markets, Hadley Partners and Goldman Sachs.
Miguel Gonzalez is Vice President Marketing at The French’s Food Company, a division of Reckitt Benckiser. Miguel brings more than 10 years of experience in Marketing across different categories and markets Globally. Prior to his current role Miguel led the global brand and innovation strategy for one of the global healthcare brands at Reckitt Benckiser. Gonzalez has a Bachelors degree in Business from the University of Lima in Peru and also has an MBA from the Simon School of Business at the University of Rochester.

Eric Hirschhorn is Chief Marketing Officer at Burger King North America. He joined the company in 2010 as VP Market Intelligence and Consumer Insights. In 2012 he was named VP Global Innovation, and promoted to Chief Marketing Officer, North America, in June 2013. Pror to joining Burger King he was General Counsel for 3G Capital, and before that an Associate at Thelen Reid Brown Raysman & Steiner LLP. Fernando Machado is currently SVP Global Brand Management at Burger King, which he joined in March of 2014 after spending 18 years in Unilever. Fernando’s work has been acclaimed worldwide. He was named Grand Brand Genius by Adweek and as International Marketer of the Year in 2013 (M&M Global). He led the charge in the groundbreaking Dove Real Beauty Sketches campaign, which reached more than 200 million total views online and was the most-watched piece of branded content in history, receiving a total of 6 billion global media impressions. The “Dove Real Beauty” campaign also won 19 Cannes Lion awards in 2013, including the Titanium Grand Prix, bringing Fernando to a total of 30 Lions over his marketing career. Kim Matlock is Senior Director of Digital Marketing and Consumer-Related Marketing for Hard Rock International, parent company of the iconic Hard Rock Cafe brand. In this position Kim oversees operations for hardrock.com and the development and execution of strategies across web, CRM and customer response. Kim joined Hard Rock in 2010 with a broad range of experience across disciplines ranging from marketing and sales to software development. Robin Stennet is currently Media Director at ADT Security Services, based in Boca Raton, Florida. Robin manages ADT’s traditional media program and media mix practice for the Residential, Business and Health markets, with a focus on balancing the performance of offline and online media into integrated plans. Robin also manages ADT’s brand and sponsorship content integrations with partners like HGTV, Lifetime, Fox Sports, the Chicago Tribune and The Food Network. Joining ADT in 2010, she launched ADT’s first Small Business Marketing program. Prior to ADT, Robin worked to launch FiOS TV at Verizon Communications and held various marketing roles at tech start ups One Point Communications and Verizon Avenue. Bringing more than 11 years of experience in the mobile/digital industry, and now entering his fourth year in the airline industry, Jonathan Stephen is Head of the Digital Commerce team at Silver Airways based in Fort Lauderdale, FL. In this role he is responsible for the oversight of Silver’s digital strategy including it’s primary e-commerce marketing platform, www.silverairways.com, mobile products, email marketing, social platforms, emerging technologies and airline innovation. Prior to Silver Airways, Jonathan lead the Mobile & Emerging Technologies team at JetBlue Airways for three years with the responsibility of driving JetBlue’s overall mobile strategy. Marc Sternberg is co-founder of Brand Innovators, a leading producer of conferences for the advertising and emerging technology industries. From 2007-2011 he was president and COO of AlwaysOn, annually producing more than 20 successful conferences in the digital media, clean technology and cloud computing sectors. From 1989-2007 Marc was the vice president of advertising sales for The Hollywood Reporter. Marc has served on the boards of numerous charitable and non-profit organizations, including Make-A-Wish Foundation of Los Angeles and the Anti-Defamation League/LA.
