Adam Contos is the Chief Operating Officer of global Real Estate Franchise Company RE/MAX where he provides strategic direction and oversight for a wide range of departments at RE/MAX World Headquarters. They include IT, HR, Business Development (Franchise Sales), Brand Marketing, Communications, Events, Media Strategies, Investor and Public Relations. He oversees the corporate officers who head those departments, and is ultimately responsible for maximizing the effectiveness of all operations within the groups to grow the franchise network. Adam also has an extensive background in law enforcement. He’s a former Deputy Sheriff and SWAT Tactical Commander who entered the corporate world after creating a program on safety and awareness for real estate agents. He taught his phenomenally successful (and important) course to thousands of agents before moving into business development and marketing. Adam’s passion is marketing. He spends a great deal of time on education, strategy, implementation, and analytics of marketing – particularly how it scales value delivery and impacts the customer life cycle.
Heidi Cooley is the Vice President of Global Marketing at Crocs where she leads global marketing & communications strategy, digital & social media, and marketing operations. Prior to joining Crocs in 2016, Heidi was the Vice President of Marketing at Sports Authority where she was responsible for brand management, marketing & communications strategy, and creative & content development. Heidi has a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership from Colorado State University Global and a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the Fashion Institute of Design & Merchandising, Los Angeles. Heidi lives in Denver, Colorado with her husband and daughter.
Corey Fischer has over 20 successful years helping large enterprises in the information technology industry find the best network, software, or IT service solutions to meet their ever-changing needs. Corey’s diverse experience spans sales, marketing, and business development functions, but his #1 role is the parent of three teenage children with his wife of 23 years in Victoria, Minnesota.
Dan Gray is the Digital Marketing Manager at Ford Motor Company, leading Internet lead conversion, digital advertising, database marketing, social media and reputation management. Dan works to actively engage with consumers so they can experience direct, product-focused brand messages and socially relevant content. A 14 year veteran at Ford, Dan has previously led the Business Development, Operations and Marketing Development Departments on the West Coast. Meaghan Haire is a Senior Brand Partner at Foursquare, the leading location intelligence company. She works directly with a number of the Ad Age 100 and Fortune 500 brands and their agencies on media strategy, activation and measurement with the use of real world foot traffic intelligence. Previously, a Client Partner – restaurant specialist – at both Twitter and Microsoft.
Juan Machado is the Senior Brand Manager of online and traditional media at DishLATINO, the Spanish and English language programming service offered by DISH Network to Hispanics in the United States. Juan is responsible for the strategic design and execution of integrated media campaigns that support DishLATINO’s subscriber acquisition initiatives. Prior to joining DISH, Juan worked for five years at Polar Brewing, the largest producer and distributor of beer and malted beverages in Venezuela. During his time at Polar, Juan held different financial and strategic planning positions. Juan earned his MBA from Boston University Questrom School of Business and his Bachelor of Science degree in Production Engineering from Simon Bolivar University, in Caracas, Venezuela.
Alfredo Rodriguez is Vice President of DishLATINO, DISH’s business unit and brand offering a broad range of pay-tv programming packages to Hispanics in the U.S and Puerto Rico. He is responsible for the overall group’s strategy, which includes acquisition and retention. Alfredo was recently named to the Federal Communications Commission’s Advisory Committee on Diversity and Digital Empowerment. Prior to joining DISH, Alfredo held various senior marketing and general manager positions with Molson Coors Brewing Company in the US, Mexico, and Puerto Rico. Previously, he worked with Kraft, ALTRIA and Philip Morris International in the U.S. and Latin America. Alfredo is a graduate of Washington University’s Olin School of Business in St. Louis and currently lives in Denver with his wife and two children.
James is an entrepreneur, business strategist, digital marketing geek and real estate enthusiast. He began his career nearly 18 years ago developing marketing plans and online lead generation platforms – before there was such a thing – for a top 10 U.S. homebuilder. Building on his traditional marketing, PR and communications background, he has led companies into the digital era by crafting fully integrated marketing strategies that build brand loyalty and affect human behavior. He created his own marketing company in 2009 to help companies adjust to the ever-changing digital landscape and to focus on today’s empowered consumer. James previously worked as a Business Coach for the RE/MAX Central Atlantic and RE/MAX California/Hawaii regions and has also been a land developer. He recently returned to the Denver-based franchise company as Marketing Director and is responsible for driving innovative digital marketing strategies that help grow the global brand.
Marc Sternberg is CEO of Rising Tide Media, a leading producer of conferences for the advertising and emerging technology industries. Marc was president and COO of AlwaysOn, from 2007-2011, where he produced over 20 successful conferences in the digital media, clean technology and cloud computing sectors. Marc was the vice president of advertising sales for The Hollywood Reporter, from 1989-2007. Marc has served on the boards of numerous charitable and non-profit organizations, including Make-A-Wish Foundation of Los Angeles and the Anti-Defamation League/LA.

Casey Wuestefeld is the VP of Campaign Operations at Nativo, a team he built from four members, to what is now one of the largest within the company. An operational maven with a knack for execution, mentorship and working cross-functionally; Casey ensures Nativo brand partners receive excellent service, strong performance and quality insights. Prior to Nativo, Casey was the Director of Sales Operations at Jumpstart Automotive Group. He has a B.S. in Business Economics from UC Santa Barbara.
