AnnMarie Baba is a Senior Manager of Adobe Campaigns, focusing on the student segment and creating the next generation of creative professionals and enthusiasts. Before joining Adobe, she worked with consumer brands like Norton and Apple, and has over 15 years of experience and accolades across marketing disciplines including market research, product marketing, experiential marketing, digital and social media. Earlier in her career, AnnMarie was responsible for marketing research at a number of high technology companies servicing multiple sectors including Cisco, Sun Microsystems, and Applied Biosystems. As Director of Client Insights & Market Research, Sarah Beachler oversees all primary research projects for Sephora North America, having founded the function just one year ago. Working collaboratively and cross-functionally, she informs strategic decisions across brand positioning, product, client experience, innovation, and digital UX (site, mobile, in-store). Prior to Sephora she ran research and competitive intelligence for Bebe Stores. Early in her career, Sarah managed marketing communications and packaging for the global housewares brand Simplehuman where she found her love of consumer behavior and innovation. During her tenure at research firms Millward Brown and Kelton Global, she advised Fortune 500 companies in retail, fashion, entertainment, technology, and FMCG. She graduated with a B.A. in Communications and Media from UNC Chapel Hill with minors in Art History and Chemistry; and an M.A. in Quantitative Methods in the Social Sciences from Columbia University.
Matthew Blosl is the head of corporate development at Tongal, where he takes his passion for working with leading global brands to build successful partnerships for the company. At Tongal, Matthew works as part of the leadership team focusing primarily on scaling the sales and marketing areas of the company. Having spent his career working with marketing organizations and their advertising agencies, Matthew also spends his time working directly with clients across the country to transform their content strategy and learn to create content in a more agile way using the Tongal platform. With his passion and deep understanding of the marketing landscape, Matthew often serves as a contributor at various industry events. Prior to Tongal, Matthew built and served on the management teams for three early-stage companies focusing on revenue growth through sales, marketing, and business development. Before gravitating to entrepreneurial ventures, Matthew led business strategy for the global advertising agency JWT working with clients across various verticals. Matthew began his career as a management consultant at Accenture where he worked to improve sales and marketing organizations through technology with leading global clients. He graduated from The University of Michigan with a bachelor’s degree in industrial and operations engineering.
Peter has deep experience in driving blue-chip brand growth across a wide range of global categories. His main focus has been on developing winning brand strategy through deeper insights, re-imagined brand propositions and compelling creative that connects emotionally with consumers creating engaged tribes of followers. In a career that’s included working on iconic brands such as P&G’s Pringles and Pampers, Visa, Microsoft, BlackRock and Charles Schwab, Peter has led global & local marketing teams to success in developing award-winning and business-biuilding integrated campaigns that leverage the full range of modern marketing tools. Most recently, Peter led ideation and execution of Charles Schwab’s multiple award-winning “Own Your Tomorrow” brand platform. In addition, Pete is a board member of Red Tricycle, the foremost digital media platform in the parenting space and an adjunct Professor of Marketing at Hult International Business School’s San Francisco campus. @peteinlark
Carrie Bischke is director of brand integrations at Ubisoft, where she leads celebrity integrations within Ubisoft’s marketing plans, product placement in TV and film, and manages high profile non-profit partnerships. Previously, Carrie led the team that grew Just Dance, a new video game brand from Ubisoft, into the third largest video game franchise in the industry and the best-selling music game franchise of all time. Through various campaigns, Carrie has crafted and negotiated brand partnership programs with many artists and celebrities including Katy Perry, Justin Bieber, Lady Gaga, Jason Derulo, Angela Bassett, and Idris Elba to name a few. Previously, Carrie was a brand manager for Barbie at Mattel.
Jennifer Bordner leads all mobile customer engagement experiences for the brand. She has over a decade of experience developing innovative digital marketing campaigns, coupled with a strong personal passion for how mobile technology can enhance the retail experience. Before joining Old Navy, she spent several years at agencies large and small working to solve problems for consumer brands including PayPal, Adobe, Toshiba and U.S. Cellular. She resides in San Francisco with her husband and her seriously cute Welsh Corgi, Winston.
Dusty DiMercurio is a writer, music producer, modern marketer, and born storyteller. Beginning his career as a copywriter, Dusty later launched a magazine for Avid that grew to a worldwide circulation of ~300k. His time spent in product marketing eventually landed him leading marketing for Avid’s consumer division. Dusty later joined Autodesk to lead marketing for the company’s mobile/cloud AutoCAD products, and begin the company’s small-business marketing initiative. Today, Dusty leads Content Marketing at Autodesk, where he provides content services and acts as Publisher & Editorial Director for the two-time Webby Award-winning media publication he launched for the company: Line//Shape//Space.
Nick Dimichino is the Social Media Manager at Square, where he is responsible for social engagement, overall brand awareness, and acquisitions. Previously, his #1 duty was content creation for Charmin. He’s from New Jersey, lives in California.
Gregor Ehrlich is Social Media and Creative Lead, as well as Executive Producer, at the Clorox Services Company. Clorox is in over 100 countries with hundreds of brands ranging from Burt’s Bees, Hidden Valley and Glad, to Kingsford and cleaning products. Michael Fenech leads Global Social Strategy for Western Union, a global F500 company. He works to evangelize social engagement and ignite all departments to leverage social media in all communications at Western Union. Michael partners with marketers and agencies across the globe to facilitate content and engagement strategies, align programs to business goals, provide analysis, oversee development, production, presentation, evaluation, measurement and governance of country-level and diaspora community social programs.
Shruti leads social media at OpenTable, the world’s leading provider of online restaurant reservations. She specializes in the business applications of social media focusing on growth of social media marketing as an integrated channel within the marketing mix. Her extensive experience driving end-to-end marketing, from strategy and creative development to flawless execution encompasses brand awareness, engagement, direct response and acquisition, with a constant focus on ROI. An early adopter of social media, Shruti led the online photo community and social activation for the Eastman Kodak Company. Following which she helped grow the social marketing function at Shutterfly before joining OpenTable.

Brandon is an expert blogger whose work has appeared on Forbes’ CMO Network in the Leadership and Technology sections. Lorena has focused her 15+ year career on developing high-return strategic marketing campaigns through research, planning/road maps, implementation with internal and external creative resources, data analysis and optimization to align the evolving needs of the customer along their sales journey. She has deep expertise in marketing enterprise software. She leads global product marketing for Pitney Bowes’s fastest-growing division, Location Intelligence (LI), overseeing social, digital and traditional marketing for both MapInfo Pro (consumer mapping tool) and Spectrum Spatial (enterprise LI currently used by Insurance, Telcos, Financial Service companies and more.) At Pitney Bowes she focuses on the strategic importance of Location Intelligence as a critical component for the future of predictive social, mobile and personalized 1:1 marketing.
Carlisle’s career has been dedicated to digital advertising. As a member of the strategy team at Camp+King, she works to create conversationworthy campaigns. The things people say about brands, categories and products can’t be swept under the rug or ignored but they can be cultivated, directed and amplified. Prior to C+K Carlisle worked at EVB as JC Penney’s digital analytics lead, Carlisle worked with the brand to establish their digital and social presence and to increase mobile and digital traffic to their e-comm site as part of an overarching effort to refresh the brand. This culminated in digital campaigns twice voted AdWeek’s “Ad of the week” and multiple Twitter case-studies, including one of the top viewed Twitter videos of all time. Other brands Carlisle has worked on include AT&T, the United States Marine Corps, Kraft, Hormel and Big Heart Pets.
Frederik is a marketing executive with expertise in corporate communications, social media, user acquisition, ecommerce, word of mouth, brand development and product management in technology startups. Frederik immersed himself in computer science and business at the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT), then relocated to Berlin, where he gained experience creating viral marketing campaigns with vm-people. Before joining Lumo, Frederik had been Jawbone’s Director of Growth, launched and grew several technology startups in the Bay Area including telecommunications company Jajah, spearheading its marketing and communications efforts from launch in 2005 to acquisition by Telefónica/O2 in 2009. He has found his home and family in Silicon Valley now and enjoys being part of its vibrant startup culture.
Jennifer Heyman, manages the social media conversation and proactive social consumer engagement as VP of Social Media at Wells Fargo, previously having managed the brand’s corporate Facebook page from 2012-2014. With a brand presence on 7 platforms and an active customer base in social media, her team works diligently to bring a personalized and honest touch to the brand’s social media conversation aligning with the core values of inclusion, trust, and leadership. Infusing creativity and enthusiasm helps foster community dialogue and build positive affinity for the brand. Christina Lee is a Silicon Valley marketing executive with a passion in the B2C tech industry. Christina has over 15 years of marketing leadership experience in accelerating business growth for start-ups and leading global brands. As the VP of Marketing at Chegg, Christina leads growth marketing, CRM and Required Materials across all channels; reaching over 50% of college students in the United States. Prior to Chegg, Christina created the Product Marketing function at Ning, transforming their customer base from freemium to premium and grew revenue by 5X. Previously, Christina served as the Head of Marketing for Yahoo! Paige is the Chief Marketing Officer at NetBase, an award-winning social analytics platform. He is a passionate customer advocate and an innovation driven leader with a proven track record of introducing game changing Cloud/SaaS products to the B2B market. Paige was previously the Chief Marketing Officer at CipherCloud. He has 20 years of experience in technology, marketing, and selling enterprise application solutions and managing trusted customer relationships. Paige has also held senior marketing roles at SAP, Ariba, and E*Trade.
Jami Miskie is a Marketing Director at Kimpton Hotels & Restaurants where she focuses on creating innovative brand marketing strategies for boutique hotels and the brand across the country. She oversees multi-channel marketing strategies and programming for the rewards program, sales and catering, brand, and guest marketing segments for the company. This includes identifying and developing integrated marketing plans and leading cross-functional teams to execute campaigns in order to drive brand awareness and revenue through acquisition and retention strategies.
Sunish Oturkar is the Director of Innovation and Strategy for Anheuser-Busch, responsible for discovering, testing, and integrating new marketing innovations across the entire portfolio of brands, including Bud Light, Budweiser, Stella Artois, and Michelob Ultra. Over the past two and a half years, Sunish has identified and launched numerous innovative marketing campaigns, including piloting “@BeerMe,” a twitter-enabled on-demand in-seat beer delivery service for live sporting events, deploying one of the first smart beer vending machines during the Cavaliers 2015 playoff run, transforming the way the company leverages promotions through digital, mobile-based rebates, and continuously developing new strategies to take full advantage of all the recent trends in technologies that come to life in retail – from grocery stores to gas stations to bars and restaurants alike. Pavey is a transformational marketing professional with 18 years of enterprise software experience in Cloud, SOA, middleware and BI. Pavey was the former VP Global Marketing at VMware and was responsible for marketing the Infrastructure-as-a-service offering. Prior to VMware, Pavey held senior marketing positions at Oracle and BEA. Pavey has led GTM strategy, thought leadership programs, and driven new business, leading companies to position as #1 in their market.
Marc Sternberg is the co-founder of Brand Innovators, a leading producer of conferences for the marketing and emerging technology sectors. Prior to co-venturing to launch Brand Innovators two years ago, Marc was president and COO of AlwaysOn, from 2007-2011, where he produced over 20 successful conferences on topics including digital media, clean technology and cloud computing. Marc was the vice president of advertising sales for The Hollywood Reporter, from 1989-2007. Marc has served on the boards of numerous charitable and non-profit organizations, including Make-A-Wish Foundation of Los Angeles and the Anti-Defamation League/LA.
Mac Tillman has been an agent for change at Big Heart Pet Brands (Formerly division of Del Monte Foods and now a business unit of the J.M. Smucker Company) since 2009 through his leadership roles in brand marketing, general management and innovation. As VP of Marketing he currently leads Big Heart Brands’ Pet Snacks Division (Milk-Bone, Pup-Peroni, Milo’s Kitchen, etc.). In previous roles Mac led the Big Heart Brands’ Pet Food Division and served as VP of Marketing & Creative Services (establishing Del Monte’s Marketing Centers of Excellence including Digital, Creative, Media Advertising, etc.). Tobey Van Santvoord is Regional Vice President of Sales for Dstillery and is responsible for Dstillery’s sales and messaging to agencies and brand advertisers in the West region. Most recently, Tobey served as Vice President of Sales, West at Yieldbot where he opened the company’s first west coast office. Prior to Yieldbot, Tobey was the Director of Sales at eXelate where he was successful in expanding the company’s sales efforts to the west coast, bringing brand advertisers and media platforms to the data marketplace for the first time. Tobey comes to Dstillery with more than 12 years of experience in advertising and technology sales. Tobey holds a BA in Media Arts & Design from James Madison University.
Katelyn Watson is the Vice President of Marketing at IfOnly, where she leads the marketing team and focuses on customer acquisition and retention through all channels, with a heavy focus on celebrity music, entertainment and food marketing, as well as marketplace supply growth. She is an influencer in the growth marketing space; as an advisor and mentor for Tradecraft, which helps to train people to succeed in traction roles at high-growth startups, and an advisory board member for iMedia, SFBIG and Brand Innovators. Katelyn started her career on the agency side with Omnicom, working with brands like Hyatt Hotels and Best Buy. She holds a business degree from the University of North Texas in Marketing.
